Moved to a percentage of past amount due model to simplify the assessment process and make the assessment more fair. Previously, student accounts were charged a flat dollar amount at certain intervals on past-due amounts, which included a cumbersome exception process.

Electronic receipts are generated from Banner instead of using carbon paper books.
